Secretary General of "Mawhiba": (23) awards at "ISEF 2025" embody the leadership's support and the excellence of the nation's talents

Dr. Khalid Al-Sharif, Secretary General of the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), expressed his gratitude to the wise leadership on the occasion of the Saudi Science and Engineering Team winning 23 international awards at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF 2025), held in Columbus, Ohio, USA.

Dr. Al-Sharif emphasized that this achievement is a culmination of the integrated efforts between Mawhiba, the Ministry of Education, and their strategic partners, and reflects the promising talents of the Kingdom's youth who contribute to building a prosperous future in the fields of science and innovation.

It is worth noting that the Saudi Science and Engineering Team, comprised of 40 male and female students, participated with high-quality and distinguished projects in promising scientific fields at the fair, which this year saw the participation of more than 1,700 students representing 70 countries.

With this achievement, the Kingdom’s tally in this competition has risen through its successive participations to (183) awards, including (124) major awards and (59) special awards.
